Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for our clients:

1. Eligible Refund Cases​

Applications not yet started or processed;

Duplicate payments;

Charges for government fees already paid by the client (with proof).

2. Non-Eligible Refund Cases​

Applications that have already been processed and submitted to the government;

Government rejections;

Errors or omissions made by the client when submitting information.

3. Refund Processing​
To request a refund, send an email to visasupport@globalfastentry.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days, and any approved amount will be refunded via the same payment method used.

4. Chargebacks​
If a customer opens a chargeback directly with their bank before contacting us, we will not be able to process the refund until the bank completes its investigation.
